Caren Kelly, MFTC
Therapist
Caren works with individuals, couples and children to overcome challenges they are facing. Whether you are struggling with a relationship, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just life changes, Caren will use evidence-based therapies to help you through. She is more than comfortable with LBGTQ+, polyamorous, and other ENM relationship structures. Caren’s work as an MFT brings systems therapy, believing that all people are part of a larger system, and allows us to look at how various living/working/social environments influence our behaviors.
Caren is trained in couples and family therapy, play therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She considers herself a Narrative-conversational and Collaborative therapist who believes therapists and clients can rewrite their life stories as part of a team.

Caren's goal in her therapy practice is to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself and others. She will follow your lead in conversations because it's your story to rewrite. Caren provides a safe and supportive environment in which to share and grow.
